Spark44: Faces of Jaguar
When Spark44, the creative agency behind Jaguar and Land Rover, needed a direct mail piece worthy of the brand’s luxury reputation, they brought us in from the concept stage. We produced over 25,000 mail pieces for the “Faces of Jaguar” owner profile series, combining UV metallic silver ink, soft-touch aqueous coating, and spot gloss UV on a premium heavyweight stock to create a piece that felt as refined as the vehicles it celebrated. Every component was printed on our 8-color Heidelberg XL 106, saddle-stitched, hand-assembled, and mailed, all under one roof.


MagnaCare
MagnaCare wanted a direct mail campaign that would break through the noise and actually get prospects to pick up the phone. We helped them build a dimensional mailer: a personalized parcel containing a branded coffee tin, travel mug, coffee beans, tea, hot chocolate, and a die-cut brochure with a pop-up insert that greeted each recipient by name and connected them directly to their assigned sales rep. Every variable element was printed digitally on our HP Indigo 7600, and all fulfillment, from printing to hand-assembly to shipping, was completed in-house on a tight timeline.
Showtime: City On a Hill
For the premiere of “City on a Hill,” SHOWTIME needed a press kit that would generate buzz before anyone pressed play. We worked closely with their team through extensive prototyping to produce a kit designed to look and feel like a canvas security bag, complete with embossed stitching, textured canvas patterning, spot soft-touch coating, and high-gloss metallic silver accents on the brass-look hardware.
