Subject to the limitations we describe in our Privacy Policy, we may disclose your Personal Information for business purposes, with strict restrictions on how our partners can use and disclose the data we provide. We may also disclose it at your direction or in other ways that are in accordance with the U.S. Privacy Laws. We don’t “share” your Personal Information, as defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”).
Hatteras Press, Inc. does not sell, rent, or lease your personally identifiable information to third parties, nor does Hatteras Press, Inc. derive any part of our revenue or receive any discounts or compensation from such sales.

The Services are hosted and operated in the United States (“U.S.”), and by using the Services, you acknowledge that your Personal Data is being provided in the U.S. and may be stored and processed in the U.S. and other countries.

To help protect the privacy of data and personally identifiable information, we maintain physical, technical, and administrative safeguards. We restrict access to your personal data to employees who need it to provide benefits or services to you.
