Governors Ball Music Festival – Part 2

The Governors Ball Music Festival is an annual event held on Randall’s Island in New York City. The event, produced by Founders Entertainment, features three days of live music from over 70 music acts and hosts more than 150,000 festival goers. In addition to the ticket packaging we featured last week, Founders Entertainment enlisted the services of Hatteras for a variety of graphics and collateral needed for the event.

For the music festival, Hatteras produced: 10 versions of parking passes for the various lots, pocket festival maps, VIP cabana photo prints, 54 large-scale banners featuring set times & festival maps, and stage scrims for three stages.

All three of Hatteras’ print departments – conventional, digital and large format – were fully utilized in producing the event collateral; our diverse service offering enabled us to deliver the entire project. This also allowed us to manage quality and color consistency between the different mediums and departments. Our digital capabilities in both traditional and large format allowed us to accommodate the needs of our client right up until the start of the event and expedite the turnaround of each component.
