First Aid Beauty got its start as a small product line selling in Sephora and on QVC, and continued to grow until 2018 when it was acquired by Procter & Gamble who helped the brand expand internationally.

Offering products that are both safe and effective for all skin types, First Aid Beauty specializes in natural, clean beauty products and scientifically advanced, luxurious formulations delivering immediate relief and long-term results. FAB recently launched a new product and was looking for an effective way to introduce it to their influencers through a memorable unboxing experience – and turned to Hatteras for help.
The goal of the influencer kit was to create excitement around their new Vitamin C brightening serum, sending it to influencers along with two related products to sample. The structure of the kit needed to be meticulously designed to complement the beautiful customer artwork while providing a custom, luxurious fit for the products inside.
After several rounds of prototypes we proceeded with the production of 600 kits. They were printed on one of Hatteras’ offset presses using 100# text weight stock with a biodegradable lamination. The printed sheets were then mounted to a triple white e-flute material before being cut to shape on one of our Bobst Die-Cutters.
The tuck-flap boxes were then shipped flat to First Aid Beauty’s fulfillment center where they were assembled, packed and shipped. The kits were designed in a way that a separate shipping container wasn’t needed – just a label and they were on their way!
