“I’m one of those ‘ink in my veins’ kind of people,” says Jerily Mancini, who has loved the arts since she was a kid, making a career in printing seem like a natural fit. Promoted to Director of Customer Service in 2022, Jerily initially joined Hatteras as an Account Manager in 2019 to support a wide range of companies – from pharmaceutical to automotive to higher education – closely partnering with clients in seeing projects through from inception to delivery, which is “the silent beauty in what we do,” as she describes. “I love the challenges that come with ‘making it happen’ for our clients every day.”
